We have had no reviews/guest ratings on our property from customers staying with us since last year - is Booking contacting our guests to encourage feedback?
Is there something we can do? Send a message to our guest upon check out, with a link to 'here is where you can rate us on booking??

While the BdC System will auto send such messages, there is no guarantee guests will bother to action them, or look at them.
If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.
