Nobody answer me

Hello, we are a property. Next to our apartment there is a big construction place and the living in our alartment is not possible any more because od noise.

Our customer canceled the reservation because of the noise, and she like to return the money.

Could you call me on the phone?

Nobody answer me through messages for a week.

On Slovenian Booking Number is said “global failure-message one”.

It’s really disaster… couln’t reach you for a week.

Nothing unusual about that, very common in many cities, I wouldnt cancel.

and usual noise laws allow for construction for a set time window per day/week.


The noise is outside of your control, you are not responsible, nor are they entitled to a refund. It is what it is.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
