#noshows

Hi Guys

so keep having guests not turn up and not cancel either, and I can’t set up payment in advance.

so means guest pay me upon arrival, 

wheni mark them as no show, then booking.com tries to charge them and they claim they did stay,

making me look like I’m lying and trying avoid Comission payment and I can’t find any help to change it. 
their chat and help section is ridiculous and I keep getting booked and then no one turning up

you can you put the pay methods and info process in the new reservation template.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
