not forwarded cancellation

Hi! Has anyone else experienced that booking did not forward the cancellation? Very annoying! And mainly because they didn't even reply to the LETTER FOR DAYS, I had to call the customer service from Hungary, which cost a lot of money (the total amount of my monthly phone bill was one call).

I had a booking again today where the guest didn’t show up, I don’t know anything about it. Should I start the process over again? How many more times will this happen?
