Not seeing messages from potential guests
Hi, I am having problems with the messages I receive from potential guests. I am receding them by email but when I log in to my pulse application there is no messages there to be found. Any help would be highly recommend. Thanks Mark
Have you tried to search your messages in Extranet???
Maybe you should call your local BDC office and ask them to check your listing.

Hi Adamopoulou, thanks for your quick reply. I phoned customer service they advised you can only see messages from paid bookings in your pulse app and for messages from potential bookers you do have too log into the extranet. Problem is now solved ? hope your enjoying your day also
