Apparently the message was meant to be sent to those that had not completed the partner info yet, however it was sent to everyone causing a little bit of panic.
If you want to verify whether you had already submit the info, enter your extranet, click on account and then security.
at the bottom of the page you should be reading if you have already done what you were supposed to do ;-)
Should you need to fill the info, click on property, then click on "your profile", update the info there and save. You will see that by going back to account/security, you will find a message that will state:
you've submitted this data, we are now processing......which means you are ok
