Our location can not received last minute booking because of the logistic.
How I can stop last minute booking reservations?
Because of the logistic that imply to enter to out property is not possible for us to receive last minute reservations. How we can modify that please.

Simply configure your availability calendar restrictions such as Max Advanced Reservation.
Check you do not have a Promotion using Last Minute enabled.

Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.

If you cannot accommodate last minute bookings, I would recommend setting up a Minimum Advance Reservation restriction. This means that the guest will need to book at minimum of XX hours or days before they check in. You can set this up through your Calendar view under Rates & Availability.
If you are not able to edit this restriction, please reach out to your local partner support as they may need to give you access to this. You can contact them through the Inbox tab > Booking.com messages.
