our property showing in close. Whats the essue? Why my property close/ not booking

My Property Name is Ashish Resort. For the last 1 month, my property is showing close/not booking. We have not received a letter for property verification.  We have received commission invoices when I tried to pay invoices with net banking or another method but the recipient bank account is not adding. Please remove that close property error from my account and reopened my property as soon as possible. I want my property to show for online booking.
