over bookings

Good morning Team

hope all is well with you. sorry for disturb you mate, it's a very hard thing happened, that we have got over bookings from system, it's must be something wrong with the system between booking.com and channel manager,

i attached screenshots, it's a big date on 4th and 5th of June, we were fully booked long time ago, but we received TWO new bookings last night, i have called support phone number many many times keep cut off and no body answered

may you help us to sort the problem, please ? we don't know how come they could booked with us
