Over due invoice

Dear all ,


Recently booking.com suspend my guest house service due to Jan charges  overdue . Though I have paid this invoice . Unfortunately we paid 1 omr extra . 

so please help me

Kindly get in contact with our Finance department - you can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message. 

Once submitted, one of our colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible.
