over my contract with booking

Hello i have ended my contract today with booking because of what has happenend with a guest . I speak to someone this morning and she say i can ask for a deposit but i check many times and i cannot add a deposit on my appartement, what can be done more when a guest took and break things in the appartement ?

not a whole lot if the guest is not contactable or is ignoring you.
