I'm trying to get to Booking costumer service but I don't get any reply from them 😏

I have one bedroom and for tomorrow is booked 2x . One guest did change the reservation on Booking 4 times  and it  looks while he was doing that other guest was able to book too. I wrote to Booking...there comes that automatic reply that I should offer some other solution (I don't see that I made any mistake with the bookings) and now I'm afraid to get guests in front of my door.... 

Any tips.... can't get Booking on phone....they are nor replying on mail meil...
