I would like to know if it possible to put my account on hold for the foreseeable future until my buisness reopens as i dont have any future income or the few booking i did have have all cancelled due to covid-19. Could someone please contact me with info urgently as I dont want to know what to do and need advice.
You have posted this on the Partner Forum so we are not able to contact you. I think you wanted to contact the booking.com help team. You can either email them using the Inbox icon on Extranet or give your local office a call.
You can simply close availability of rooms for a date range.
Either via calendar list view, then bulk edit.
Or the open/close room feature

Yes, that is what I did too. Closed for three months. Closer to the time can readjust if need be.
To delete and setting up the account later is not an option as for now.
