My wife and I started our rental business in 2018. We lived in Sweden and liked Lake Balaton in Hungary. We quit our jobs and sold everything we had and bought an apartment to rent out and a townhouse to live in ourselves.
What we like best is not to have someone decide over us, but we can plan our days ourselves ... of course the guests go before our free time but there are always days off.
