there is an Extranet feature called Opportunities, with Visibility Booster.

As Far as I know thats the only tool that can do exactly that.

I just had a look at your public listing, thanks for linking it in profile, its makes it easier for us volunteers to see if anything might be out of place or see something you cant etc.

So after digesting the listing info , I have some thoughts on improving target audience.

Right now you have :

• Non Refundable only 
• Using Occupancy Rate options are  4- 10 people from eur135 a night

Consider adding a Flexible rate option for each, with a time limit for free cancel of say 14 days before arrival.

Flexible rate, should be a % or set price higher than Non Refundable.

This is all doable.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
4. Choose Account
5. Now choose Other
6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
