Partner email address

Clearly in that address you can see it is not for Partner Support (for partners).

That is the Guest address for CS on the main website, always has been .

There has never been a Partner Support email address, only what is on the Contact us page at the footer of this and every pagfe.

even the short guide i did up clearly tells you how to send messages....see below:

If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
4. Choose Account
5. Now choose Other
6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

This doesnt help, sometimes you are locked out of the account and you cant access the partner portal. it takes ages to get the suport.
