The text on Booking.com invoices seems to only suggest wire transfer as a payment method. This can be a hassle and relatively expensive for invoices of small amounts.

Using the above url is a pain free way of paying your bills quickly without incurring a bank charge. 

It seems to me that not too many of the Booking.com support staff are aware of this option. I had to call multiple times before luckily getting an agent who informed me of this option.
