Password Problem

Hello,

We have a problem with the Pulse application. It turns out that we have changed our extranet password and the application on our phone doesn't want to recognize our password anymore. Moreover, if we change our password from Pulse, then the extranet doesn't recognize the password anymore.
We are looking for solutions.
