Pia Ästrom payed her bill by credit card last Friday morning. One day later she called to tell us that she already has payed in advance at Booking.com. I didn´t charged the virtuel credit card until now. What should I do?

sounds dodgy that she paid you in person but forgot she had paid already plus you can see if it was prepaid in extranet , when you actually confirmed its been prepaid?
