Payment booking fee reject

Hi, Each time I try to pay Booking fees the transfer is reject by the booking bank partner. I'd like to contact booking but I don't find any link to do it. Someone could help ?

extranet > finance > finance overview use the info provided to then use a money transfer service or signup for direct debit.





Never post action requests here, nothing will happen

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you for your help but I'm always using transfer mode but it was working well but not by now it's always reject by the booking bank partner called DLColombia. I finally found how to send a message to booking but it was 4 days ago and I'm still waiting for the answer... Don't understand why it take so long when Airbnb answer in one hour time...
