payment method
hello i have a question for you. in payment method i chose payment in the lodge and free cancellation for 14 days before the arrival. if the costumer cancel me 10 days before the arrival with which way i will take my money ?

This depends on the payment options you can offer. If you accept credit cards, you can charge the guests before arrival by using your credit card machine. If you don’t accept credit cards, then I advise you to set up a prepayment option and request the guests to pay you in advance. So in case when they decide to cancel before arrival, you can keep the deposit for yourselves.
