Payment not receive totally after booking

I have receive a monthly invoice statement from Booking with the amount i should received but i have received only 10% of this amount. 

No clue on how to get my money and no answer from booking customer service who always said they sent a message to the account department to solve the problem.

Any insights on how i can manage this?

It appears you have already done what I would suggest, so all you can do now is wait.


Reminder you cannot post action requests in Partner Hub and instead must directly contact BdC Partner Support.


Nothing will come of it or be done on your behalf.



Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
