Payments via booking

Payment via booking does not work in my facility. In the extranet it is only possible to pay in cash on the spot. Guests make reservations and do not come. Tragedy. I cannot cancel my booking. I am writing messages to be served on the extranet but I am getting no reply. Telephone service in my country - Poland also does not work. I have to wait for the option to show itself in the extranet, but I've been waiting almost 2 months and nothing. I do not want to turn on the prepayment because the booking payment option was supposed to activate itself, but still nothing. Can anyone help me? Is it possible to contact the office in Amsterdam to report it?

I would 

  1. enable policies - Prepay
  2. in message template - New Reservation
    add at top paragraph to cover prepay time limit; methods etc.
  3. Include in methods ideas like , paypal; IBAN transfer; 3rd party payment links ;etc

tagging Communities Team  to adivse on contact info for poland.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
