Payouts

im waiting for payments for a few bookings. When it says payment issued. Then there’s a default ? to a suggested it could take 10 days to reach your bank account. Is 10 days the norm as I’ve never had such a slow payment method in years of business. We May as well all be sending cheque in the post still?  There’s a lot of complaints regarding this has anyone had a sensible response from booking.
They already slow down payments by dating it from check out. I presume they make more in interest than actual commissions. 

I’ve had 3 payments from Airbnb and not single one from booking.
