I will share a little update in my Chambre d' Hotes et Table d'Hores, - Bed and Breakfast and restaurant.
This year I do nor rice my room price, and I do not add any discount. But...for one-night visitors, I do not include the Breakfast in my price, but for visitors more than one night stay Continental Breakfast is included.
I try to calculate one night stay, and its no profit, in the colder time of the year. on top, people often ask to use Jacuzzi, and total, the use of power is high, washing and cleaning, to make the room ready again.
One night visitors pay 10€ for my Continental Breakfast, and I keep the same price than listed 2019.
Now it is my 19th year to do this, and I still enjoy very much.

I don’t like 1 night stay either...too much cost and fuss... especially when you let a whole house or apartment and not a room...

I offer many things for breakfast...eggs,milk, yoghurt, juices, fruits, marmalades, butter, bread, coffee, tea, cookies but don’t mention it as a breakfast...Do you think I should???
Hi Adamopoulou. Thank you for always kind and positive. Yes, my breakfast is like yours, just everything, I call it Continental, it takes two hours in the morning to prepare, and I'm making Crosaint in the evening and bake in the morning, smell good.
My breakfast has always been inclusive in the room price but from 1. Marts this year, it is only included in more than one night, if one night stay, I charge 20€ per person. It is fair. Nobody can make our breakfast for 10€, but its compensate room price for one night stay. I never try to calculate, but for room cleaning, paperwork, ironing and breakfast (Heating, shower) .Genius 10%, grrrrrr its only charity.

Now its automatic tell no breakfast included if I got a booking for one night. So far no one complains.

this booking number was for a stay on 5/18 for 1 night for 2 rooms, there is some type of payment error, that very well could be on the hotel's part, I needed
