Photo issues

Hello all,

Tearing my hair out here.  I'm trying to update some of my photos, removing some, replacing some and adding new ones.  I'm constantly getting a spinning wheel on the webpage when trying any action, then all my photos have dissappeared or reappeared.  Sometimes they're in different orders.

The photo management page does not seem to obey any of my commands.

Can anyone shed some light here? How do I make it do what I want it to?

Do you mean in the community? Or on your property listing?

I've had similar problems in the community ... not so bad in the listing, but still a problem sometims

Hi Richard,

That sound like a timeout between the device browser and the portal.

What happens if you only do one at a time?

What device are you using? browser?

If not a smart phone perhaps try that first to just get them uploaded then tag and arrange later.

Kind Regards

I have tried posting newer photos of my rental guestrooms.

But Booking, com says, the pixel resolution is not high enough of the new photos.

Hi Don!

I installed a program called

Affinity . Very popular here down under. But there are many other editing programs, some coming within your computer.

Affinity It is a one off purchase not too expensive and easy to learn.

It allows you to change the pixels

Ideally I set it to width 1620 height 1080 max . Then save the picture.

A small logo appears on the photo that has been edited so you can recognize it. Find it back in Pictures.

Other possibility is working with editing programs like lightroom and photoshop but they are more advanced and complex and needing updating and monthly/yearly payments and lots of studying involved.

It is a world in itself and I am slowly learning more.

If installing  on your desktop only is great for home-use.

Hope this is of some help for you.

And am  looking forward to see some of your photos !

Enjoy the relief of solving the editing challenges !

Greetings
