Please delete all specials

Hi

Can You please help to delete all specials on my property. Please let me know if you can do that for me. I can see on my property the price on nightsbridge and the price on booking.com is not the same. Booking.com have specials on my property that I want to delete and I don't know how to do it

Its sounds like you are hosting and booking via a third party service

 

I just checked and I can see you already asked about this months ago and you were told exactly what to do

How can I remove the 10% discount on my doHelpuble room . | Booking.com for Partners

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
