Policy about shortened stay due to covid.

My guest booked 5 days december 30 to January 3, 

he had to shortened his stay January 1st due to illness, he was very rude, said it come from bacteria because we had while aircon service during his stay.. actually it was covid 19 he got Few days before,

and he wants now have his 2 days lost in september for free,

 he stayed 3 nights out of 5, do i have to let him stay  for free  the 2 nights lost ? In my opinion nope

no hes not entitled to anything, 


entirely up to you to credit him 2 days for a new direct booking, 


not entiled to a refund either.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
