I received a reservation in one of my apartments and to check every thing I called the number provided there and the person that answered told me that he hadn't make any reservation whatsoever... Spooky... I then received a whatsapp message from another phone claiming to be the person that reserved the apartment. I received some audios insulting me and now I have a case of a person trying to impersonate another one with my apartment booked... What can I do? I have all the exchanges I have had with this person and I want to know what can I do other than calling the police...
If there's someone from the booking.com staff that reads this please help me!
