Price per room

Hi, guys. I have some trouble with price per room. I set a standard rate with price 1500, but every time when someone books this room website tells another price - 1200. Do you know what i did wrong and how to correct the mistake?

P.S. Sorry for my bad English

Sometimes booking.com makes reductions to their costs to promote listings...

You can call your local Support Team and ask for more information.

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.

 

Hi Karpatska

 

  1. Partner Profile - You have not added your listing, so we can see it. Add it please asap.  
  2. Rate Pricing will always vary. BdC were already challenged on this as to why it is not black and white. The response was the best rate plan price and combination of offers (restrictions and promotions) will always be displayed.  
  3. Spreadsheet It - Reccomend you try building out a spreadsheet  that factors in all fees and expenses ,then you can insert a price to see how the rate plan would look like etc.  
  4. BdC promotions or discounts to Guests - Are NOT a penalty to you, this is misinformation. No matter what rate you promote or list, even if BdC offer Guest Risk -Free, then you too benefit fro mthat Risk Free Programme.
