I had a customer who booked a room and was misleaded, on the site was a discount (i didnt do that) and when he payed,he payed thé full amount!!! I did thé test and he was Wright! How can i cancel thé discount???greetings

Hi Patrick,

 

You cant as the price displayed is the price paid.

 

But for future bookings identify the discount and suspend or opt out. Is it the Genius discount?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
