Pricing issues

Hi, i'm writing in addition to ask about an issues that I'm currently facing with. Basically there is a price showing below my apartment that is incorrect, and I even changed it in my admin profile, but did not refresh on the site. Can somebody help or give some tip, why such an error occured?

  1. price changes are not instant
  2. run a search criteria on your listing to see the offer price then hover over it for the breakdown.
  3. mobile 10% discount can be on 
  4. maybe genius status is enabled also 10%-15

 

else phone partner support to review setup.

 

remember: if you have more than one room type you must apply the min length of stay to it also if you are using custom adhoc value outside of the rate plans.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
