Problem with guest
I confirmed the reservation and my guests are arriving tomorrow, but I didn't see that the guests who left the apartment this morning left behind chaos and brokenness, is there a possibility to cancel their reservation ps. they are coming tomorrow

I am so sorry to hear this has happened and it has sadly happened to us also. Booking.com only gave us the option to relocate our guests at our expense. My advice would be have something in your terms and conditions which state should a guest be responsible for damage etc then they will be charged and charged for the relocation of a guest .
