Problem With Guest

I Face A problems with the guest Reservation Number *** & Reservation Number ***
He made big problems in the building and the apartment and last in the feedback
I Made a Report guest misconduct and the guest added very bad feedback .. !!
I need your help to get the result of the " Report guest misconduct " and delete the feedback since it's just kde
Best is to approach the Team of BDC.
Via the extranet / contact / in your own country is best if possible.
Then they can see what is happening and (maybe) block him from rebooking again .

Here you are not addressing booking.com support team, just other partners and the community team.
First thing is click report guest under the reservation details page, tick box to block future bookings from them, and decide if BdC should investigate as another option.
Rating feedback in general is not deleted, amended etc unless it breaches BdC guidelines.
Yes even bad, incorrect feedback comments do not get deleted.
You can try phone BdC support but have no expectation they will be able to do so.
The only time that BDC deleted a negative review, was from a guest that booked apartment for three persons (max occupancy), but came 4 (two adults and two very small children) although our policy is that we don't accept children under 12. I refused their stay at our palce and advised them to cancel their booking and in case if we will receive another booking we woud issue a refund. The guest didn't do so, the next day I marked booking as NO-SHOW and kept the payment. Guest was still able to gave us a negative score, I've contacted BDC and they removed the review since they were not staying here. So unless there are some threats, discrimination etc.. review most likely will not be removed.
