Hi @Leif-Erik Johansson, thank you for sharing here. Have you also had a chance to report this bug via your extranet? The process is explained in this post if you'd like to check: https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/community/booking-advice-and-updates/…
Perfect - took a while to get there. But all sent

actually i just realised he's right there is some thing wrong with it.
as i found in last few days my old New Reservation message is still being sent out to Guests despite me changing it more than 2 days ago.
Thank you for letting me know, BrookAve.
I just now deleted all of my language templates for New Reservation I had.
Good time to review and redo it anyway.
TIP:
Write your New Reservation template with sections and at top any caveats and warnings , disclaimers needed.
People at best will only read the first section anyway. So worth putting at top
"At a minimum please read all of section 1 with in the next 24 hours"
To clone your default language template into other languages , first check grammar, spell check and avoid long winded sentences. Keep it simple and plain English.
Now open web browser on your computer, 3 tabs for translate.google.com
It has a character limit, so if you have 3 detailed sections, copy the 3 parts into one of each browser tab on left pane.
Now on right switch the target language, repeat for all 3 browser tabs.
Now in the Message Template screen for example New Reservation, click add another language and set it to match the language in google translate.
Copy paste each section into the new template language box one after the other.
Dont worry about spacing , and line breaks just yet.
Review the preview and then edit out extranet lines where too much space between.
Now just rinse and repeat for each language
