Problem with the parking

I want to edit the information about free parking.If it’s possible how can i write that we offer 6 places for parking,but if they are full the guests have to search for another option.I hope for a fast answer because this thing become a problem,because for some dates the places are full and there aren’t for the others?

Simply be clever about it like:

Edit The Fine Print in - View My Description under Proerty Menu
Add photo of parking with text - say only 6 and other nearby photos for parking options.
