The problems with the drunk and agressive customers

I have few intsidents in march 2021 ,  one was with young russians who was younger than in my rules and starting to fight with each other and broke my one wall and  smeared with the blood carpet and a sofa.

Other problems was few days ago with local people who was booking with another name and at firsth acting very strange and i was thinkin that they was not drinking but having narcotics.

In the morning i was hered some noise and because i have video cameras in the outside and in  staircase i see how this person starting to steal my stuff ( Jura coffe-mashine, posters, books and so) , i run there and open door with my key and call the police .... and after that we find bags what they leave because they dont wanna see this to police (there was drugs, syringes, ans so....)

How i get normal Estonian language partner with whom i can talk about this issues , because i seriously thinking terminate the rental business for short term tenants.

Hi Olmer Õigus,

I am sorry to hear you have experienced this whilst listing your property on our platform. To help improve the visibility of your listing, we find 'Instant Bookings' convert much better with guests.

If you don't already have a damage deposit set up, I would recommend to have this as it could help protect the property from damage and it may deter trouble guests as they would have to pay a damage deposit up front or prior to check in. This can be reviewed under your Policies page.

To help prevent these guests from rebooking your property, please ensure you mark 'Guest Misconduct' as quickly as you can. This will flag the guest account and prevent them from rebooking with you. This can be done through the Reservations page in the Extranet.

Kind regards,

Shirley E.
