I need help us two of my properties are not live and book able?

 

I added three properties of which one went live straight away but other two not and its been over a week already

Hello,

After you have completed your listing it does take a little bit of time to process and go through all the verification steps.

I would recommend contacting partner services directly to discuss your property status and what might be holding it up for opening.

You can find the best contact by going into the Extranet and clicking > Inbox > Booking.com Messages > See Contact Options > Choose the Best Topic > Then you click: Still Need Help? See all contact options to message or for the best phone number for partner services.
