Property availability on the site

Hi Dears,

Had some issues with invoices paid but not updated and the property was blocked. After a few messages, it was sorted. I have reopened my property and it shows Open / Bookable on the extranet / admin page. However, it is showing "Sold out" when you try to book. 

I don't know why and what to do. Can someone pls help?

It is possible that you have not loaded any availability to your calendar.

I recommend you call our support line for someone to help you specifically with your property.

You can find the best number by going into the Extranet and clicking > Inbox > Booking.com Messages > See Contact Options > Choose the Best Topic > Then you can click: Still Need Help? See all contact options for the best phone number in your region.
