Property does not show on booking search for my city even though it is 3 miles from downtown
Hi all, I have been in booking since August 2019 and my property is located in a small subdivision of the city where I live in the USA. The main city and the small subdivision are attached and this small town is 3 miles from the main city downtown. When I look for properties in the main city the search goes as far as 10 miles away from main city downtown and show properties far away as 10 miles, but my property does not show. I have to enter specifically the name of the small town which is inside the same county in order for my property to show up as available. I have entered in the boost visibility program paying a higher rate, I have created promotions for phone cell users and still my property does not show being 3 miles from center of this bigger city, but other cities far from center do! what can I do?

Would be fantastic and helpful to actually link the property in here and to your profile , pretty please do so.
You should verify the GPS Lat Lon co-ords in the property setup match the same if you look it up on google maps.
If its out by alot copy paste the google map url and reference it in a message to Partner Help - Contact Us.
Under Inbox > Booking messages , click on contact us.
Another thing to cosider that can inadvertantly prevent you showing on search results is, how you set availaiblity of inventory and min. number of nights o na rate plan, and if only some rate plans are active , linked to the rate plan(s).
Check your extranet calendar, in List view.
Look at inventory first, then expand the rate plans to see what values are set, blank or min nights etc..

I just linked my property to my profile. I am new in this partners feature in booking, so I still exploring different areas of this website.Thank you very much for your input. I am checking my coordinates in google my inventory is completely open to be booked as you can see in my property. Also Thank you Don Burns, at least I am not here alone.

My wife and I have a similar situation. Our home, with two rental bedrooms, is in a gated community called Forest Meadows, which is four miles (6.4 km) from the nearest town of Murphys, California.
There is no public bus transportation from our neighborhood to the nearby town.
A few Booking,com reviews have mentioned our guests were disappointed our home is not in the small town. But I explain our semi-remote location in our online rental description.
However, when vacationers type in Murphys, California on Booking,com, our home is among the top five listings shown online.
I understand your feeling Don, I feel a little frustrated that hotels around me get fully booked, but my property stays empty and it is just 3 or 4 miles from downtown Peoria, but very few people enters the name where my property is located which is Peoria Heights. Also the frustrating part is that properties farther away like 10 miles come up when people enters Peoria and cities like Morton -10 miles away.
