Pulse app

Hi, I have several times problems with sending messages from Pulse app. Many clients haven´t receive their access information what I've sent via Pulse app and they always call me and complaining about that. And also if I had sent them one message earlier, then I can´t send them new message cause the "text box" not even open, so there is like nowhere to write. It seems that problem doesn´t resolve itself and I have also latest version of that app.
