Pulse App - Can't reply to customers messages

Hello,

I've contacted a lot of times booking support about this problem but until now, they do not give me any solution. 

When I open the Pulse app on my Iphone 6 Plus, I can't reply to customers because it always shows Cookies and Privacy announcement. 

Anyone knows how I can solve this bug?
