put my establishment online

Hello,

It's been a month since registrered my establishment on booking and it is still not online.

I have not received any mail wiyh a code yet i have requested it on several occasions. I uploaded a video too.

Can you help me so that my advertisement is published otherwise I will miss you tourist season.

I sent a message to booking pn the application on june 1 without a reponse from them.

I do not know what to do.
