Quantity of my guests

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a problem with quantity of guests in my apartment.

In my first apartment i set that maximal quantity of adults is 4 and of children is 3 and everything is ok.

When customer choose my apartment, he sees that it is for 4 guests.

I did the same in my new apartment but on booking it appears like maximal quantity of guests is 3.

What is the problem?

The first one (where everything is ok) is named as "apartment with one bedroom.

The second one (where i have a problem with 3 maximal guests) is named as "apartment with sauna".

The configuration on beds is the same in both apartments. 2 beds in bedroom and one sofa in living room, but apartment with sauna still apears like maximal number of guests is 3.
