Hey there,

since a few days we got so many questions about a quiet room from the guests.

Most of them tell us, after we answered them, that they never asked for this.

Please check what is wrong with it.

You need to go through the lists and disable that as an  option then an hour or so later the listing will update.

I don't see any option to turn this feature off in Facilities & Services or Room Details or Room Amenities, but I am plagued with the same quiet room requests.

My property was already set to no when these requests starting coming through last week so this isn't a fix.

But we can't as no replies impact our scores. Unless hitting the "no reply" is ok, I guess. It's still a *** no value add concept they've introduced.

You guys are not alone. I have also seen a sudden uptick for quiet room requests from Booking.com since last week and it is annoying! You can't even create an automated response to this question. Something has clearly changed on Booking.com's side that needs fixing stat.

Hello partners! Unfortunately, the problem is caused by a bug. The good news is that the team is already working on fixing it. Let's hope they will do it soon.

Yes, All my bookings are ASKING FOR QUIRT ROOM, WHY, HOW COME???

AND: (Maybe its another bug)

Rating from our guest go unfair, the new rating system put us down. (I have read and understood) But: Visitors can rate -locations- Why? Locations are on display from our Booking.com / website BEFORE a booking are made. Nobody can complain about locations, we cannot change anything. Visitors can rate Room View, if the Windows don't face exactly what our guest needs, We cannot change, and WE DO NOT TELL ANYBODY, Sea or Mountains View... And, Now our Guest complains, about slightly smell in our room: We are Disinfect room, EVERYwhere, Bath, Bed, Room, Carpet and every item, for security reason. Please give us a Change to recover this CORONA crisis, without complaining, we do our very best, for all guest and our self. Thank you. Lucy.

Dear Lucy, I get more than 10 notifications in my email for each comment a Partner makes due to bugs...

Just save comment once...the save button doesn’t work...

bugs....bugs...and virus are giving us hard times...

You are so right with location...so many posts and comments about location have been written but unfortunately BDC Wihasn’t found a way to  rephrase location so that guests can rate if the description in the listing is accurate and not the location itself of our property...
