Hi,

I am just wondering why the total amount that was showed in the website was entirely different

from the rates I have encoded in the Extranet. For example, I prices a Family room at 2,000.00/night.

There was a guest who booked 3 Family rooms for 2 nights which showed only a total price of 7,000 plus.

How was this computed?

in calendar list view tick promotions to see what is being applied

typcial discounts :

mobile rate 10%

genius 5%-10%-15%

they can stack too

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
