Rate plans and promotions

Hi All.

Just set up a flexible rate plan, together with a getaway promotion. The flexible rate is a discount on the standard rate and the Getaway is a higher discount, again on the standard rate.

I am also part of the Genius program, which I thought discounted off everything - does this not show until you actually book?

however when I have a check on my accommodation, it only shows the flexible rate plan adjusted from the standard rate and, no promotions at all

Do the promotions take a while to register on the property?

I checked and the plans and promotions should stack.... anyone have any ideas why they do not show?

  1. Standard Rate X
    1. Flexible Rate % or Deduct value from Standard Nightly Rate
  2. Promo 
    1. Based on Rate plan : STD or FLX
  3. Yes sync to main site can in rare occasions take time, but realistically should by only max an hour if even that.
     
  4. There is a stacking discount chart cheat sheet post I did up a while ago. see below.
     
  5. Also at times many have inadvertently created a misconfig of restrictions and promos config, that result in not all options being visible. The only thing to d o here is have BdC Partner Support by message or phone, review your setup for restrictions on the availablility calendar

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
