rates occupancy

I can not change rates or do anything with my property. I think someone hacked my account or it is locked. It seems either booked for the whole year or it is not available, When I try to rearrange the rates it is asking me for a Channel Manager which I have never set it up.

Hi’ Aleksandar I think it’s best to call your local BDC support team and ask them to fix your listing...

  1. Check and remove any channel manager config by:
  • Go to Extranet Dashboard
  • Click on account top right
  • Select Channel Manager , remove it.
  • If not there look under Property > General Info


     2. Open Calendar,

  • select list view 
  •  Review inventory
  • Review availability and rate 
  • click on the rate plans on left to expand those rows
  • optional bulk edit to update all these values for date ranges etc.
