we got a perfect rating of 10 from a guest today. But the final Rating shows 1, which is really bad. Does anybody had the same experience ? I hope its a software problem… Thanks

do you mean the overall rating is =1, but all the sub ratings are high?

sounds like the guest was clueless when doing it and did not actually move the overall slider up, pure laziness and incompetence.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
