You should have received the sticker within the Traveller Review Award package around January 2020. I guess you'll have to wait for the Traveller Review Award 2021.

It seems Booking.com want to take our money but not give even a sticker and certificate back in return. Poor show really!
make your own stickers. put anything you want on them.
